Return Policy

Our return policy, which spans 30 days from the date of item receipt, is crafted to offer flexibility and assurance.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, your non-bespoke item, be it projector bracelet, photo necklace, or photo bracelet, must be in its original condition—free from signs of wear or use. Ensure it's accompanied by all original tags and in its original packaging. Have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.

Initiating a Return

To start the return process for your non-bespoke projector bracelet, photo jewelry, or a non-bespoke product please contact us with your order number, specifying the reason for the return.

For approved return requests, we'll furnish detailed instructions on how to return your package. Kindly note that items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If your projector bracelet, photo necklace, or any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving such issues promptly and to your satisfaction.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, including custom products like (but not limited to) personalised photo bracelet and projector necklace, are non-returnable. We aim to ensure your satisfaction, so contact us to discuss concerns. Returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Video or photographic evidence may be required for custom-made items as part of our policy;

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for items damaged during transportation, incorrect dispatch, or incorrect image use, encompassing items such as a projector bracelet or a photo necklace. However, we do not exchange items due to image quality issues that do not adhere to our guidelines. While we review all images before production, we cannot assume responsibility if guidelines are not followed. Photo guidelines can be found on each product page.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll promptly notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund for your projector bracelet or other items will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to complete the refund posting process.

Return labels are issued by ourselves, at no cost to the customer. The product must be in its original packaging, undamaged and unworn. The return address will be provided on the prepaid postage label.
